Welfare transport driver training course

We spend a large percentage of our daily work time on transportation services.
Accidents involving elderly people with physical weaknesses in transportation vehicles often result in serious accidents, placing a heavy burden on the facility staff in charge.
The number of accidents during transportation is increasing every year, and once an accident occurs, it is of course important to take care of the users and their families, but it is also important to take care of the driver and the transportation staff of the facility.
However, there are few training courses that specialize in the transportation of welfare vehicles, and it is thought that the hotbed of accidents lies in the fact that facilities routinely use their own methods or staff members' own methods of transportation without proper knowledge due to insufficient education.

What is the correct way to apply the seatbells to wheelchair users?
What should we do when a wheelchair becomes loose?
What should be done when the lift stops working?
What is the proper maintenance of welfare vehicles?
How to eliminate scratches on vehicles?
What should we do when an accident occurs?

Transporting people in welfare vehicles is not an extension of driving a car, it requires not only "knowledge and skills in driving", but also "knowledge and skills in caring" and "knowledge and skills in operating mounting equipment".
